Poster Guidelines:
1.) You must create ONE poster in FAVOR of the viewpoint of the nation-state you chose (Italian or German Nationalist- decide with your partner who will do which.) Your poster should be a minimum of 8.5” x 11” sized paper and a maximum of 8.5” x 14” sized paper (Legal sized paper or construction paper is acceptable, too. But, NO huge posters - I WON'T accept them!).
2.) You must include the following: A slogan (a catchy phrase or title) and may include pictures (drawn by you or from another source), and other words you think help convey your message. Your poster must be created with the idea that you are trying to convince other people to support the Italian OR German nationalist cause. Be sure to include and or make reference to the FEDs learned in this Unit.
3.) It can be done by hand or using a computer. If you are working by hand you can use pen, pencil, markers, crayons, colored pencils, etc. If you are using a computer it is not acceptable to just find something on the internet and print it out – YOU must create the poster!
4.) This assignment will count as a classwork grade. Keep in mind that neatness and creativity will also be factors for grading. If you are not artistically inclined, remember that your words show creativity!
